CHRYSTAL NETHERTON
Chief Executive Officer

Chrystal started her GraceWay Village affiliation as a volunteer. After seeing the needs of her neighbors met, she developed a strong sense of devotion to the nonprofit. She joined the administrative staff, taking on the position of Chief Operations Officer in 2020. Celebrating her 10th anniversary with GraceWay Village in 2023, the board named her their Chief Executive Officer.

CHRISSIE HOEFFNER
Operations Manager

Chrissie is a native to our area and believes strongly in the vision and faith-based foundation of GraceWay
Village. She began as a volunteer serving in the café and later, delivering meals to the homebound. Chrissie brings her years of managerial experience to our everyday operations.

LORI PETERS
Administrative Assistant

Born and raised in Fort Pierce, Lori loves her hometown and has a strong desire to see it flourish. Being rooted in faith, family, and service, she strives to bring light and hope to those around her. She brings extensive experience volunteering in the community, and her work in mental health and social services provides a strong foundation in empathy, compassion, and a genuine understanding of the diverse challenges people face.

GraceWay Village holds a special place in Lori’s heart, “it’s a powerful reflection of God’s love, meeting practical needs and transforming lives throughout our community.”

MICHELLE CLOBES
Programs Assistant

Michelle Clobes came to GraceWay Village for the first time to volunteer with her son. She fell in love with GraceWay Village’s programs. “I always have a passion for volunteering and helping others. GraceWay Village does so much for the community.” After praying to God for guidance, He led her to GraceWay Village, where she has truly been blessed.

She enjoys working with the amazing volunteers and seeing how much we can impact others as we serve together.

MARIA SANCHEZ
Lead Chef

“I am blessed to be a part of GraceWay Village’s meal distribution efforts and use my God-given expertise,” says Lead Cook Maria Sanchez, who supervises the preparation by staff and volunteers of an average of 400 meals a night over four evenings each week, nearly 8,000 meals per month. She also coordinates the purchase of food items and donations from the Treasure Coast Food Bank. Since 2018, she has owned DSK Meal Planning and Catering Company in Port St. Lucie. Previously, as executive chef at Jensen Beach’s Pineapple Jacks restaurant, Maria earned a People Choice award for ‘best entrée’.

NANCY JACKSON
Donor Assistant

Nancy has been with GraceWay Village since 2016, serving first as a volunteer, then in various administrative capacities. She currently manages the donor database.

WENDY RHYANT
Community Relations Representative

Wendy meets prospective clients at local organizations such as parish groups, social service agencies, and daycare centers, and introduces GraceWay Village’s services. She also staffs GraceWay Village’s booth at community events.
