They are the bedrock upon which all GraceWay Village’s successes are built. Their all-encompassing expertise and unmatched concern serve as inspiration and example to all. 

CHRYSTAL NETHERTON
Chief Executive Officer

Chrystal started her GraceWay Village affiliation as a volunteer. After seeing the needs of her neighbors met, she developed a strong sense of devotion to the nonprofit. She joined the administrative staff, taking on the position of Chief Operations Officer in 2020. Celebrating her 10th anniversary with GraceWay Village in 2023, the board named her their Chief Executive Officer.

“My family has lived in Fort Pierce for four generations. I knew I had to be a part of this leading nonprofit that brings light to the people! Every day I strive to bring the Lord glory by doing the work He has set before me!”

CHRISSIE HOEFFNER
Operations Manager

Chrissie is a native to our area and believes strongly in the vision and faith-based foundation of GraceWay
Village. She began as a volunteer serving in the café and later, delivering meals to the homebound. Chrissie
brings her years of managerial experience to our everyday operations.

JENNI DODD
Administrative Assistant

Jenni began volunteering in the cafe in 2020, along with her two sons. “It was an eye-opening experience and a true blessing for my boys to witness how GraceWay Village was meeting needs in our community while sharing the love of Jesus!”

She considers it an amazing opportunity and blessing that God opened the door for her to join the staff, enabling her to serve, pray for, and love on the community, sharing the gospel through her work at GraceWay Village.

MARIA SANCHEZ
Lead Chef

“I am blessed to be a part of GraceWay Village’s meal distribution efforts and use my God-given expertise,” says Lead Cook Maria Sanchez, who supervises the preparation by staff and volunteers of 300 dinners five evenings a week. She also coordinates the purchase of food items and donations from the Treasure Coast Food Bank. Since 2018, she has owned DSK Meal Planning and Catering Company in Port St. Lucie. Previously, as executive chef at Jensen Beach’s Pineapple Jacks restaurant, Maria earned a People Choice award for ‘best entrée’.

NANCY JACKSON
Donor Assistant

Nancy has been with GraceWay Village since 2016, serving first as a volunteer, then in various administrative capacities. She currently manages the donor database.

WENDY RHYANT
Community Relations Representative

Wendy meets prospective clients at local organizations such as parish groups, social service agencies, and daycare centers, and introduces GraceWay Village’s services. She also staffs GraceWay Village’s booth at community events.

“I encourage everyone to find out about GraceWay Village and take advantage of what is offered. “Don’t be ashamed,” I tell them. “Come see me!”
