LEE HOLLEY
Chair

Lee is excited to be a part of what GraceWay Village is all about; being the hands and feet of Jesus.  “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, “I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me…”  Matthew 25:31-36.

Lee serves as the Executive Pastor of Operations at Calvary Port St. Lucie Church.

SILVANA CUADRADO
Vice Chair

Silvana’s journey with Graceway Village began through her church’s outreach activity, where she was introduced to the organization’s mission. Her love for the cause grew as she volunteered and witnessed families leaving with multiple bags filled with clothing and other necessities. Silvana’s heart overflows with joy every time she sees the impact that Graceway Village is making in the community.
 
As a board member, Silvana considers it a privilege to serve the organization and bring her ideas to the table. With her passion for the cause and her experience as a volunteer, Silvana is a valuable addition to Graceway Village’s board of directors.

JUSTIN CASE
Treasurer

Justin was introduced to GraceWay Village through his wife’s connection at Westside Church. “I was looking for a place to serve the community,” he said. “With my background in logistics, management, and dealing with budgets, I look forward to helping on the business side of GraceWay Village’s operations.”

Justin is a Walmart Analyst II, Process Engineer at the Walmart Distribution Center in Fort Pierce.

MICHELLE FRANKLIN
Secretary

Michelle Franklin is highly-skilled, currently serving in the capacity of the property appraiser of St. Lucie County. With years of experience in the field, Michelle has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise that makes her an invaluable part of the Executive Committee. Michelle’s dedication and commitment to excellence have earned her a reputation as a trusted and respected leader within the St. Lucie County community. Her professionalism and attention to detail have made her an asset to the board, and she is highly regarded by her peers and colleagues.

CHRYSTAL NETHERTON
CEO Ex Officio

Chrystal started her GraceWay Village affiliation as a volunteer. After seeing the needs of her neighbors met, she developed a strong sense of devotion to the nonprofit. She joined the administrative staff, taking on the position of Chief Operations Officer in 2020. Celebrating her 10th anniversary with GraceWay Village in 2023, the board named her their Chief Executive Officer.

“My family has lived in Fort Pierce for four generations. I knew I had to be a part of this leading nonprofit that brings light to the people! Every day I strive to bring the Lord glory by doing the work He has set before me!”

JOLIEN CARABALLO

Jolien is responding to a call from God to serve at GraceWay Village. With gratitude for the opportunity, Jolien states, “There are no coincidences in life, and I know that God has placed this opportunity to serve GraceWay directly in my path.”

Jolien currently serves as the City of Port St. Lucie’s Vice Mayor and District 4 Councilwoman.

MARY BETH CULLINS

Mary Beth brings a unique perspective to GraceWay Village. She has delivered meals, assisted as a mentor for a homeless mother and her children, and conducted visits of other transitional facilities. “I wasn’t interested in volunteering just to be busy. I want to be where God is working, and where I am needed. I find both at GraceWay.” 

Mary Beth was in the banking industry for 37 years, with the last 7 years being at Seacoast Bank as its Secrecy Act Officer/Anti-fraud Director.

BRIANNA MAST

Brianna is a strong community advocate for those who are in need. Her active lifestyle makes her a perfect fit as a board member. She is, first and foremost, a wife and a mother of four beautiful children as well as an advocate for many important social causes. Her love for God and helping others is what drives her every day. Brianna is passionate about the mission of Graceway Village by faithfully serving our neighbors in need.

CYNTHIA POITIER

Cynthia Poitier desires to positively impact the mission of GraceWay Village and those we serve, with her guiding principle of compassion and service: Matthew 25:40, “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”

A native of Fort Pierce, Cynthia is a dedicated professional and community leader known for her commitment to serving others. She is currently employed with the Florida Department of Health in St. Lucie County and serves as a workplace ambassador, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for her colleagues. She is deeply involved in her community as the founder and pastor of Kingdom Community Fellowship Ministries, and as an active member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, contributing to various philanthropic and community service initiatives.

JAMES (JT) THOMAS

James brings leadership expertise to GraceWay Village.  With enthusiasm, James shared, “I plan to bring the mission of GraceWay to my nationwide list of friends and contacts.”

James currently serves as Chairman of Topps Products Group International, a Mississippi-based international sales and export company of U.S. manufactured building repair products.

MYISHEA WHITE

Myishea White brings invaluable experience to the GraceWay Village Board, as an Ambassador for the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce and involvement in the community.

As the District Aide for Representative Dana Trabulsy, her responsibilities include constituent services, bookkeeping, and supporting our constituent base by creating connections with them and the proper agencies that can facilitate a resolution to their concerns. Myishea believes that every person is a work in progress and deserves respect, a listening ear, and grace for a second chance.
