Our Response

In response to the plight of its neighbors in need, GraceWay Village is striving to make significant differences in the lives of those who face food insufficiency on a daily basis, families dealing with children without sufficient clothing to confidently attend school, and those without skills and self-assurance to lead productive lives.

In 2025: 

  • We served 111,548 free hot meals, feeding 37,211 households.
  • We provided over 63,068 items of clothing, shoes, socks, and more to 3,090 children, impacting 1,163 families.
  • We delivered over 150 life skills courses in multiple languages.
There is never a charge for any GraceWay Service.
Feeding the Hungry

GraceWay Village is a primary agency fighting malnutrition in St. Lucie County. In 2025, over 111,548 hot home-cooked meals were served 4 nights a week. 

Approximately 140 volunteers serve meals at GraceWay Village or traveled to six distribution sites within the community. Distribution sites include public housing where homebound seniors and those with disabilities reside, as well as other neighborhoods in extreme need.

Providing Clothing to Children and Teens

GraceWay Village is committed to providing appropriate clothing to children and teens of low-income families. They are welcome to come to our Clothing Boutique and select items, including several pairs of new underwear and socks. The new clothing adds to a minimal wardrobe, as well as a measure of self-confidence to insecure children.

Throughout the year, GraceWay Village receives donated clothing from local businesses, organizations, social clubs, and individuals. Only items that meet GraceWay Village’s standards as gently-worn are provided to clients. Remaining items are given to partnering agencies, such as Safe Space residents and Salvation Army.

Offering Basic Life Skills Workshops

GraceWay Village hosts weekly workshops where clients have the opportunity to improve their basic life skills. The workshops are offered with various instructors from partnering community agencies as well as through informative video recordings.
